Apsprache mit Hochzeitsmanager bzw. Best Man check. mS Absprache check Ich glaub ich hab alles. Jetzt noch alles mit in den Zug nehmen und wieder mit aus dem Zug raus...

Well – home is still a bit behind – still no lists there but a whole bunch of papers in the not empty inbox BUT when I found I had 20 minutes left and was quite low on energy I managed to ferret out of this pile the one thing I still COULD do and also did. (Writing the recipe of certain cookies on a separate paper so I can sent it to the person who wanted it.)

Seems to happen everyday because as soon as I put those things on the different lists it is completely out of my mind – so I review every list (though not every projectplan and also not the projectlist). It seems to tackle the tasks that I rather avoid quite nicely but I´m not sure if I really safe time.
What is also missing is the context and/or work required context für the tasks – I would need to go through all my lists to find that one task I can do when low on energy.

Today it took over 1,5 hour to get current again after I left for the wedding at the beginning of this week. I´m not sure if this investment pays itself back through the system. The only thing I can see is that I remember much more points to do, but that doesn´t mean necessarily that I get them done. And since I have created “all” lists that I need (some lists still appear but it gets less and less) I´m not sure if they just “sit” there and I still forget to do the things on them…
Now has come the real test: will I be able to review on a convenient and regular basis.

Liste? Gerade eine Aufgabe beendet und festgestellt, dass diese Aufgabe eigentlich auf ALLEN Listen vorkam – Seufz – also doch mehr trennen was was jetzt nu genau ist.

Irgendwie muss ich jedesmal wenn ich an Liste denke immer an Listz denken…

Auf jeden Fall entstand heute mithilfe der Büroklammern die zweite Liste. Das Zetteluniversum hält sich aber immer noch zäh in meiner Inbox – ich hoffe auf weitere Konglomerateffekte, je häufiger ich die Dinge durchgehe.

Und ich muss wieder mein tägliches Review einsetzen – ich werde mir den Reminder wieder früher setzten.

Well since the introduction of this organisational system I´ve had all my taks on separated papers – still struggling for the lists – my inbox is overflowing to a point where it´s not easy to get the daily important things out of it.

Probably a rinse and repeat – or rather a creating of appropriate lists as suggested in the book. Oh yes and a more stringent review-phase… Maybe I could break that in parts too?

Es sollten KEINE SPIELE gemacht werden - nun wie gut das man Menschen auch mit der Illusion eines Ereignisses schocken kann ;-)
